It was wonderful to see the students showed their appreciation for the teachers. Many of them shared words of gratitude. They said they felt loved by the teachers and appreciate how teachers take care of them, teach them in the class, and give them hugs. They practiced paying respect (wai) in the Thai tradition, followed by giving special love gifts.
We believe it is important for young children to have the opportunity to reflect and practice gratitude, especially to the special people in their lives. They have felt loved and cared for by the teachers, and they showed their appreciation beautifully.
