Oakbury celebrates Chinese New Year 2023 with fun cultural activities. Children came to school dressed up in Chinese costumes ready to sing Chinese song, do ribbon dance, and make Chinese dumplings (jiǎozi). They also decorated their red envelopes and made red fans. It was a wonderful day for the children to learn and experience other cultures and traditions, and also to prepare them to be true global citizens.
